IN BRIEF

Erectile dysfunction affects ~ 30 million men in the United States to some extent. It may indicate the presence of a serious underlying medical condition, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or depression. It compromises multiple aspects of a patient's life, including overall quality of life and interpersonal relationships.
